I intend to operate as best I can with wire's and power-line noise. =
Don't expect big scores. This last weekend during SS Phone Murphy =
trashed my computer, power failure and the Iron Bowl did the rest.

For those of you unsure about participating . . . the propagation =
forecasts
are excellent. W3ASK's forecast in CQ starts with "Below Normal" on =
Friday, but increasing throught he weekend to "Above Normal" on =
Sunday.
=20
Low band conditions are also expected to be good; they are improving =
after some high absorption earlier this month.=20

Get on the air and enjoy yourself!

The world's greatest CW contest is this weekend, the CQWW CW.
=20
Here are the members SECC has commitments from, so far:
=20
8P9Z (K4BAI) 10,000,000
W4AN (et al) 8,625,000
K4NO 3,000,000
K4AB 3,000,000
N8LM 500,000
K9AY 400,000
K4SB 325,000
W4DD 200,000
K4OGG 100,000
=20
Total...............26,150,000
=20
=20
In the CQWW SSB Contest, here's what we did:
=20
W4KZ 10,828,108
K4AB 3,943,252
K4NO 1,500,000
W2JJC 1,142,975
WB4SQ 987,840
K4EA 981,560
=20
Total...............19,383,735
=20
Also, K4WI had 760K, but is just outside the circle.
=20
That's a total of 45,533,735 SECC points.
=20
For the SECC to move up to the next level, we need at least
50.3 M, which is what North Texas Contest Club did last year.
=20
So, we need to find 4,728,258.
=20
Did you participate in CQWW SSB and your score is not
listed above?
=20
Will you participate in CQWW CW and your score is not
listed above?
=20
Help out the club.
