It's even simpler than that...the Cabrillo format log you submit =
includes no=20
points or score information -- the log checking process takes care of=20
scoring, zero-ing out dupes and getting the multipliers right (in =
addition to=20
cross-checking your QSOs with other logs and generating UBN reports
to help identify your mistakes and questionable QSOs). =20

  You DON'T get penalized for logging dupes.

  If you use any of the major logging programs, they will
  mark them as zero points.

  Its always easier to log a dupe than to go through the=20
  explanation.

  Or, log all the contacts, but refuse the dupes later. There is no
  requirement that logs be submitted by anyone, and a cross check of
  logs submitted will confirm a station who works both contests.
