[SECC] 40 meters

I have worked two stations in a bit over an hour on 40.  N4NX on Phone, =
and K4JJL (wandering by) on CW.  Sooooo.....the band is not closed,  =
there is no lightning blowing through the SE. =20

I'll hang in a bit CQing on the half hour.  Come on guys.
