It is my understanding that the Cobb County code requires that the tower be no
closer than half the height of the tower from the property line. That is to
say that a 70 foot tower could be no closer than 35 feet from the line. I
think that Dekalb, Gwinette, and Fulton have a more reasonable limit of
one-third the height.
I could be wrong, so I think checking with Jim or Susan is a good idea.
