[SECC] GQP change

Hi,
In response to an older note, it was the April 12/13 weekend we had
targeted.  My overall check, and John/K4BAI input had narrowed it down to a
few chances, with the April dates being the most favorable.

I am glad to be home for a few weeks.
I sent a note to put NE4S in the NAQP part time listings for both sessions,
and will get in a few Qs for the club.
