Personal best score in NAQP CW. The ice storm in December showed its remains 
with line noise - the worst ever. 10 was unusable most of the contest, 15 
unusable at times. 20 was largely unaffected, as was 40. 80 was never below 
s8 and 160 never less than s9, so if i did not hear you, i apologize for 
being an alligator. the rest of the station worked well. thanks to all SECC 
teams members for the effort.
