Hi Everyone,
Some good news to report for those who have been following the trials and
tribulations of my job search since moving to Georgia....
I have accepted a job offer to work for AFLAC in Columbus,GA. I pretty excited
about
this since they seem to be a very good company to work for. The are listed in
Fortune
Magazine's best 100 companies to work for. Their IT division is also listed on
several top 100 lists as well. It looks like a great opportunity for me.
I'm not sure if we are going to relocate all the way down to Columbus yet. We
are
thinking about moving to Newnan or somewhere south of the Atlanta area, which
would
be only a 45 minute drive to work - away from the traffic. Thanks for
everyone's
support
during the last 7 months.
