I have the Heil Pro Set that was sold in Helsinki last Summer.  I don't
know if it has the Plus designation or not, but it has all the features
that Matt mentioned in his message.  I have found it to be very
comfortable, even for long contests.  And the noise cancelling feature
is superior to any headset I have used in the past.  This is the first
headset/boom mike I have owned and I am sold on it.
