i will also be qrv for the IARU this weekend - low power mixed mode.

i had considered the WRTC style competition as well... my station can be 
operated as the regulation two antenna station - but did not have time to round 
up 
another operator.

good luck to K4BAI & KU8E. it should be fun.

conditions seem to have improved in the last week.
