WT4I provided the software to NE4S for the GQP logchecking in 2001.  I 
am not aware that Mike was required to pay for it.  I know that he 
turned it over to Jeff, KD3UC, for his use in 2002.  Mike, did you keep 
a copy?  Jeff Short, please wake up and communicate with Jeff Clarke 
before we are all embarrassed by a public announcement that we can't 
process the logs that were sent to you for 2003 GQP.  Thanks!  73, John,
