For those that have missed it, the DX web page is now back in service:

http://www.ks4q.net:4000/dx.asp

At this web page you can set your AR-Cluster spotting preferences with a GUI
interface.

For the DX spotting portion, it will look somewhat like the DX Summit web
page.
