Yep, good article by Dick. But take a look at the SECC web page and
click on the C&BLs.
1/4 of the members are required to elect officers? You're
kidding....we've never had anything close to 1/4 of the members
present.
And there is absolutely no mention of any 2 members of the club being
authorized to call a special meeting. Only the Pres. has that
authority, or the VP acting for him.
Please people, let's take care of these problems and then go back to
acting like Dick suggested.
