requirement and to delete the requirement of attendance at two meetings
per year has concluded.
35 votes were cast.
There were 35 YES votes and no NO votes.
If the by-laws are available on the website, they should be amended. Ed
Sleight, K4SB, has the exact wording of the amended by-laws. The
secretary should be sure that the club's record copy of the by-laws is
appropriately annotated if they are not on the website.
