5. Contest Participation: In order to remain as members in good
standing, members must contribute to at least two club scores in
ARRL, CQ Magazine or National Contest Journal sponsored contests per
calendar year. If such requirements are not met, any Club member may
request a vote to continue membership status in such cases.

This is the second passed amendment to the C&BLs and is now in effect.
Also, by a vote of 35 to 0, the motion to amend these C&BLs is passed
and these amendments are now retroactive to 1 January, 2003. ( which
means all the officers can't wiggle out )
Jeff has said he will update the web page. The Secretary is also
requested to update the copy for the Club.
