[SECC] 160 Contest robot

Both TR log and Writelog (maybe others as well?) place:
CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP 160M HIGH CW

into line 4 of the Cabrillo format, which the robot will reject.  The robot
doesn't like "CW"

Best way I know is to pull your Cabrillo log into Notepad and delete the
"CW"
