[SECC] 2004 GQP Results Update

Subject: [SECC] 2004 GQP Results Update

Sounds great.....but since I have been unable to convince more than three
or four of your participants to operate on the lower bands, I find it next
to impossible to enter this contest from Eastern Alabama. Hope ya all have
a fun time.
