[SECC] SECC club call

Hello all:

My sense of the e-mails I have received is that all but one member have 
expressed a preference for SECC to apply for W4AN and not K4AAA as its 
new club call in memory of Bill Fisher.  If anyone disagrees with this 
course of action, please post your disagreement and reasons for it right 
away.
