announced as XR0F. These types of calls have been used previously from
offshore islands, but usually with a suffix of X, Y, or Z. They will be
QRV for only about 24 of the 48 hours, so you might want to wait in line
a bit longer since they will probably not be around at the end of the
contest.
Rusty, W6OAT (ex K4BVD) will be one of the operators in the contest from
A61AJ.
Kirk, K4RO, from Tennessee who has operated with me and Bill at W4AN is
one of the ops from Turks and Caicos who will be signing VQ5V in the
contest.
WC4E, Jeff, is operating from Jamaica QRP in a tribute to K4OJ as 6Y5OJ
if my memory serves me correctly.
