[SECC] Maximizing scores

I thought the recent thread on how to max out in SS ( and others ) was
very interesting and hope it will continue.

But, in the meantime, I have been playing around with the FCC
database, and have found the following to be true.

IF you work a 2x1 K call and the second letter is I-Z, it is a 4
letter call.

Might help out on the ole UBN.
