[SECC] CW keying with Writelog

After 7 straight hours fighting that beast, I finally solved the
problem. Still have to build the transistor interface, but WL is
keying cw. After that much time, I had had it with computers.

You can bet your last dollar I wrote down the info, and will post it
here later.

Amazingly enough, the basic fault was that WL couldn't find a radio,
although "no rig" was checked.
