BUT if you have to have this same discussion anually, doesn't that tell you
something?
I understand Lee's explanation and probably the reason for the group,
lacking the dense population where a club can be formed. A club however, is
not formed by what one ham think's is best, but by what the majority of
contesters would like to see in a contest club.
The SECC was established long before I came back to south Georgia, so that
is the way it is!
