Hey gang: Has anyone had a problem with the FT-920's audio being too hot when using a HC-4 element? With the processor off and the Mic Gain cut way back, and the ALC looking ok on the meter, I keep getting comments that the audio is being overdriven? Just curious if anyone has had a similar experience, and what they did. Maybe a 100 ohm resistor in line with the element? 73 de KN6RO Roger |
