Jeff: Maybe TCG has already clarified this rule, but the rules for CQP say: "A Club is defined by the ARRL competition rules." To me, that means that to submit a score for TCG or SECC, the operator must be a club member who lives within a 175 radius of the club center or within a single ARRL section (such as Tennessee). Doesn't that mean that only Tennessee members may submit for TCG and only SECC members within our 175-mile radius may submit for SECC? 73, John, K4BAI. |
