[SECC] CQP Practice

Subject: [SECC] CQP Practice

Since the CQP practice session starts at 11 pm our time, what band(s) would be 
most productive? Would 20m be the place to start, or 40m? Think 80 m would 
probably be non-productive that early at  night (+ QRN).
