i used writelog for the first time this past weekend at the W4MYA M/M, and was
pretty impressed. i didn't like that i had to actually 'save' the log every
now and then -- and i have no idea about the issues jeff is bringing up -- but
there were some features (like the needed multiplier window) that was really
handy. plus, the CT/MM commands translated pretty seamlessly.
however, for now, i'm sticking with 'MM. the price is right and it does a heck
of a lot. but i can see moving to writelog in the future.

If Writelog is such a great program was is everyone trying to figure out how to
do this and that all the time ???? When I used it at WW4LL for the CW Sprint
it didn't even create the Cabrillo file correctly. That seems to be something
basic that should work all the time. I am sticking with NA until they work out
all the bugs with these Windows based programs....
