[SECC] LA and MS QSO Parties in February

Remember the LA and MS QSO Parties are in February.  Ray W5EW says there
will be several rovers out in the LA QSO party including Malcolm W5XX.   The
W5YL club page have the complete rules.

The Mississippi QSO party hosted bt the Vicksburg club and W5XX will be a
little later
and Malcom and others will be out as rovers.

The February QST Contest Calendar has dates and overview of rules for both.
