[SECC] GQP Confusion

I think the older I get the more easily I get confused (nothing 
new?).

The 2003 GQP had a catagory for High Power, CW.

The 2004 GQP rules clearly state Modes: There are no separate 
catagories for modes.....

The 2004 Plaque Sponsors clearly list GA High Power, CW Only -----

I ran GA High Power, CW Only....pretty dumb of me, huh?
