[SECC] KO4RR Plaque

Joe, KO4RR, generously agreed to sponsor a plaque for DX QRP three years 
ago.   Here we are three years later and no one has won a single DX QRP 
plaque -- and I'm still carrying Joe's $50.  Can we please either encourage 
a DX station to try QRP in the GQP, or come up with another category for 
Joe?   Suggestions?
