Regardless of which side members take on this issue, I feel it has
caused great damage.

Excercising my member rights to request a modification of the By Laws,
I propose that the entire section be deleted.

Everyone is reminded that votes must be to the VP, and that he must
publish the vote 8 days after this date. A simple majority wins.

And I vote "YES"
