Before asking the question, I did go back and read the constitution
and the by-laws, but that is basically why I asked the question.
There is nothing, that I can find on the web site that says what
circle will be used for what contest. The reason I am asking is
because my SS submission in 04 was used but this year I am outside of
the circle. I do recall some discussion sometime this year about the
circle so am just trying to determine which contest I should list
SECC as my club.
No biggie....doesn't really matter any more.
