[SECC] ARRL DX CONTEST

Thanks to Jere Connan, KT4ZB for introducing me to SECC.  For the longest time 
he would talk about the Southeastern Contest Club and I thought he was just 
pulling my leg because many of you know how he can BS you.    Finally, he 
convinced my that it was a real club and got me interested in contesting.
