I think K2UFT has a great idea.
I would like to see the NoGaQRP club get on with as many members as can get
"to the field" expecially.
Look at http://www.wd3p.net/ch/needs/last100usacaqrp.htm for inspiration
on QRP effort. It shows that his last 100 counites had three from GA.

Are these pretty much the rarest?
I know you can find "hams by zipcode" somewhere but is there a hams by
county table somewhere or could be generated?
Unfortunately I have a major conflict that weekend but if a somewhat rare
county were not too far away, I might be able to get there for last 3 hours
of contest and operate QRP.
