[SECC] Counties Active in GQP

I will be active from my home in Effingham Cty, CW only.
Of course since it is once again on Palm Sunday, my time will be limited on  
Sunday. Maybe someday someone in the club will realize that holding the GQP on 
 Palm Sunday or Easter Sunday weekend reduces participation.
