[SECC] Unfunded Plaque

The SECC once again sponsored the Mixed Mode, DX - Low Power GQP plaque,
but, having no treasury and being a little slow off the dime here -
actual sponsorship was not worked out in advance.

 

The first three lucky respondents to this email will have the honor of
chipping in $10 toward the plaque - Ill pick up $10 for a total or $40,
or, Ill pick up as much of the unfunded part as necessary.
