Saturday, here is the position announcement from ARRL about replacing
Dan in the Contest Manager position.
Position: Contest Branch Manager
Supervisor: Manager, Membership Services Department

Summary of Position:
Full time Manager of ARRL's contest branch to work at our Headquarters
in Newington, Connecticut. The Contest Branch Manager will manage all
activities of the Contest Branch including supervision of its employees
and coordination of its volunteers.
Primary responsibilities:
Promotion and encouragement of amateur radio contest activity
Receiving and processing contest logs from contest participants
Writing and preparing articles about contesting activity for ARRL
Publications
Preparing results of ARRL Contests for publication and the web
Assistance in preparing branch budgets
Providing a high level of customer/service service
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent
Amateur Radio License
Strong familiarity with the ARRL Contest program. Preference will be
given to applicants who have considerable personal contest experience.
Solid interpersonal, writing and speaking skills
Familiarity with the DXCC program, ARRL Sections and Divisions
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail.
As a representative of the ARRL, some weekday and weekend travel may be
required.
