[SECC] GQP Website Now Working

I would agree that the problem with the buttons on the Georgia QSO Party 
site is in the web page content,

but in the interest of managing expectations, I want to say again that I 
do not manage the GQP website.

I manage the SECC website and I believe that NE4S manages the GQP website.
