[SECC] QTC traffic and the Cab format

I am wondering how to include the QTC sent data in an electronic log 
entry for the WAE contest going on?  I've got a bunch to send but have 
no clue how to put them correctly in the log.  I am using the N3EQF 
software for this one.  Yeah I know it ain't the best.

Any thoughts??
