Congratulations to Jeff, KU8E, who has just been accepted into FOC, the 
First Class CW Operators' Club, based in the United Kingdom.  He joins 
N4XP, K4UEE, K4EWG, K4OAH, W4BQF, AA4Z, K2UFT and maybe others that I 
don't recall at the moment as members of that club in Georgia.  N4GG is 
a former member from before he was QRT for a few years.  W4BTZ is also a 
former member.  FOC will have its open to all Bill Windle QSO Party in 
October and I will post a reminder.
