[SECC] Pa QSO Party Log Format

Hello all:  The Pa QSO Party rules do not say what format they wanted.  
Since the way they do logs is so antiquated and out of step with other 
contests, I assumed they wanted an old fashioned format.  But, no.  They 
want the Cabrillo format. 

Note:  They want a .log file in Cabrillo format PLUS a .dup dupesheet 
file. AND they REQUIRE that you MAIL them their form summary sheet, 
which you can download from their website.  Also, they'd like you to 
send them $2.00 to cover part of their costs.
