[SECC] SS Antenna

Am I missing something?  This antenna maximizes signal strength out 
to 500 miles, which for K3LR "includes the high-density Amateur 
population centers."  But those same population centers are more than 
500 miles away from my QTH so I think I'll stick with my dipole with 
no reflecting wire.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
