You are correct, it should be 0200-0400 UTC.
And you only had 5 QSO's last night? Wow, I thought it was just me! I
think I ended up with 6. The only reason it was 6 was that W2SH lives so
close to me that I was able to work him on 40 for my only 40 Meter
contact for the night. I got so tired of listening to S8 noise in my
headphones that I pulled the plug early and went upstairs to get a
couple apsirin for myself.
