[SECC] ARRL Section Cheat Sheet

Folks,

In preparation for this weekends contest I prepared a cheat sheet of
the ARRL/RAC abbreviations. Actually the first page looks like the one
on the ARRL site, but the second page is all of them in alphabetical
order.

It may be useful for those that do not participate in a lot of ARRL contests.
