Would like to advise everyone that the Trusteeship of K4GA has been
transferred to Matt, K4AQ.

All requests for use of the call should be directed to him.

He has generally indicated to me that first priority for use of the
call will go to a rover in the GA Qso Party. However, if comeone
wishes 
to use the call for some other time frame, I see no problems.
