The FCC was smart enought NOT to allow this to happen when the ARRL wanted to
put this crap in the phone bands. BUT they sneak in a proposal WITHOUT ASKING
A DAMN SOUL. And they want to put AUTOMATIC UNATTENDED DIGITAL EMAIL WINLINK
MESSAGING SYSTEMS SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF WHATS LEFT OF THE WEAK SIGNAL MODE
SEGEMENTS.
Even if you could care LESS about CW, this is just NOT GOOD AMATEUR PRACTICE.
The FCC is full of lawyers, the ARRL obviously won't help. Come on Guys lets
get technical here.
