[SECC] GQP Changes and Software

 If the rules are changed for next year's GQP the software should be a 
non-issue.

 NA is easy to change. N4GG is a Writelog Guru and would know how to change it 
and 
 the contest software writers will update their programs if requested.

 The software used should not effect Mike's scoring of logs. My guess is he 
uses the 
 cabrillo file and rescores them himself. That's what I did when I ran the GQP.
