According to Article VII of our By-Laws, a full member may request a
"special" meeting be called by the president to consider any motion.
Article VII requires the support of 3 additional full members, and I
have that support.
I thereby ask the current president to call for such a meeting to
consider the following motion.
Moved: "That the current center of the 175 mile radius be relocated
to exactly 33.01789 degrees North and 82.10127 West"
(This is the latest circle Matt, K4AQ has published and will include
K2SX, K4BAI, Tommy. W4BQF, and all current members. I believe he
referred
to it as NA-04.
Using ordinary geometry, a circle with a given radius may be defined
as any 2 points on that circle.
We have beaten this horse to death. It is geometrically impossible
to define a different circle without moving K2SX out of the circle,
unless we move K4BAI to the limits and pick up a little more of
the Atlantic Ocean.
Let's get this over with.
