[SECC] Section Abbreviation for Quebec

[wjs073 at bellsouth.net (wjs073 at bellsouth.net)]

What is the "correct" abbreviation- QC or PQ?  I worked two Quebec stations in 
the CWSS and they both sent PQ. However, the most recent ARRL section list I 
found on the web shows it as QC.  Pls help  :-)
