Hal is also wrong in saying Frank is "loath" to change anything. Changes
are made at the station regularly. But there's no webpage, no blog, so
pix on the various bulletin boards, et cetera, so the lack of "publicity"
could indicate the status quo or lack of change. There is a driving
force or attitude toward sport, though, & it's to use local ops from
within PVRC (no long distance, flown-in hired guns), & to always operate
within the rules (no high power, etc.) & to
share ideas/techniques among the other M-M competitors...
