Please note there is a typo in N6ZFO's message on this subject today. 
Of course, the time is 0230 - 0300 UTC Friday, Thursday night local.  He 
typoed 0239-0300.  Note that one may not START a QSO after 0300.  If 
someone makes contact before the big hand strikes 12 at 0300, one may 
complete that QSO only a few seconds after 0300.  Set your clocks!  73,
