[SECC] Clarification of Band for SNS Tonight

Since Ken's announcement said the SNS would be on 20 and 40 and my
announcement said 40 and 80 lets try all 3 in case some stations may not
have all band capability.  Maybe concentrate the first 5 minutes on 20, next
5 on 40 meters and last few on 80.  (Tnx K4BAI)
